Why We Are Organic and Vegetarian

Blueberry is organic and vegetarian. Children's growing bodies, minds, and spirits require nourishing foods free of pesticides, hydrogenated oils, and other chemicals designed to increase a product's shelf life instead of human life. Our snacks include: seaweed, almond butter, rice cakes, fresh veggies and fruits.

We are grateful for the peach, apple, and fig trees in our yard that provide us with their fruit.

Children use the trees' fruits for their sugarless baking -- and herbs and veggies from the garden for their cooking. Blueberry, our name, comes from the blueberry bushes planted throughout our yard. We aspire for children to be surrounded with positive food choices throughout their lives.
